The guesthouse operates on Teilor street, in Vadul lui Vodă, the recreation area on the bank of the Dniester at the edge of Chișinău — the place the capital comes to swim in summer. It has its own pool and an Italian restaurant, and pets are accepted. The entrance and parking spaces are adapted for wheelchair access. The property has its own website. Useful for a weekend by the water without leaving the capital's orbit, or as a starting point for Holercani and the monasteries along the middle course of the Dniester.
