Spring (April – June)
Green countryside, comfortable temperatures, orchards in blossom. Ideal for walking and for visiting the monasteries.
Autumn (September – October)
The finest window if you are here for the wine. This is the harvest, and the first weekend of October brings National Wine Day in Chișinău.
Summer (July – August)
Hot, but pleasant. Good for festivals, terraces and evening walks.
Winter (December – February)
Cold, but with the charm of the holidays: carols, markets and a storybook atmosphere.
